A man in the US state of Oklahoma has been sentenced to a year in prison for repeatedly raping and sexually assaulting women he met on the internet.
Josh Siska, who pleaded guilty to four counts of rape and one count of sexual battery, is due to be sentenced on September 13.
Siska has admitted to the offences but denied any wrongdoing.
He had been out on bail for another offence in October and had been on the sex offenders register for 18 months.
The alleged offences occurred from December 2015 to March 2016, when Siskas alleged that he had raped a woman, and that he raped two more women between November 2016 and March 2017.
Sisksa was a regular visitor to the online forum MeetMansClub.com, and was known to frequent the group and its members, according to police documents.
Siscus was a member of the same forum, where he met women he was interested in meeting.
He told investigators that he knew the women and had engaged in consensual sex with them and was sexually assaulted by them.
Sislus also told police that he met two women on MeetMainsClub, and they were not in a relationship.
Sipsis’ victim was at the time in a committed relationship with her partner.
Police said the victim was not aware of Siskaus sexual history, and it was unclear whether she knew about Siskais sexual history.
Sises alleged he first raped her when she was 18 and he was 17, but she was too drunk to remember much about it.
Sispis told investigators she woke up and went to bed, and awoke the next morning with an “extremely swollen vagina”.
Siskas admitted to sexually assaulting the woman again on May 25, but police said he had not been drinking at the point of the alleged offences.
Siscois was also charged with three counts of sexual assault in relation to a separate assault on the woman, but those charges were later dropped.
Sistois had previously been accused of raping a female student at the University of Alabama, but he denied the allegation in court.
He was also arrested in October for a similar offence in Texas.
